The Meeting Centre is fully compliant with recent disability legislation. It has accommodation on four levels with the main meeting rooms on ground and first floors wheelchair accessible. There is a stair lift inside and a stair climber can be provided to assist a wheelchair user to negotiate the front steps. The ground floor houses all catering facilities (including a small lounge bar). There is also a disabled toilet on this floor.

An additional partitioned break-out room is also available with seating for 20 delegates.
Four additional rooms are available on the second and third floors seating 12 to 30 delegates. (Please note these rooms are not currently wheelchair accessible unless the stair climber is used.)
